Your order will be delivered to the address you enter during checkout, so please make sure it’s correct. If you accidentally enter an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.

Please note, we source inventory from the US, Europe, and Asia. All orders are shipped from our centralized fulfillment center located in Asia to keep our inventory fresh and affordable.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please allow 4-7 days for the tracking number to update in the system. Sometimes, tracking may display delays or still show the package in Asia due to large international postal hubs. Rest assured, your order is on its way!

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Boostert is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your order is missing, please reach out directly to your local carrier for assistance.
Orders with Incorrect Address Information
Once your order is submitted, we cannot modify it. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, it will be reshipped at the buyer’s cost. Be sure to double-check your address during checkout!
